Key Responsibilities

• Provide consultancy on insurance and healthcare, developing and implementing policies in compliance with laws
• Investigate and adjudicate claims, responding to provider appeals and resolving issues with trading partners
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and industry regulations while managing multiple assignments

• Office administrative experience and skills
• Intermediate-level knowledge of operating systems
• Ability to follow written policies and provide feedback to leadership
