Job Summary

Providing support to employed and affiliated Physician and APP caregivers, the part-time remote Physician and APP Solutions Center Specialist will assist with inquiries, document resolutions, and collaborate with Networks of Expertise to ensure efficient handling of requests related to benefits, payroll, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Physician and APP caregivers by receiving, prioritizing, and resolving inquiries to achieve final resolutions
• Document resolution steps within the case management system and ensure adherence to department policies
• Collaborate with aligned Networks of Expertise to address a variety of inquiries, including leave of absence and compensation issues

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated progressive experience in a Human Resources, healthcare, or customer service role
• Proficiency in computer and enterprise software, including email and spreadsheets
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and three years of HR experience or five years in a related field preferred
• Experience in human resources, client relations, or project management, particularly in healthcare settings
• Knowledge of HRIS and talent management systems
