Job Summary
A consulting firm is seeking a Healthcare Human Resources Consulting Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Proactively helpubg healthcare provider clients define the plan and manage projects
- Actively managing a portfolio of client engagements and consulting staff
- Maintaining strong relationships with C-level contacts at client healthcare organizations
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum of 15+ years of increasing responsibility in healthcare industry and consulting
- 5-10 years of proven experience successfully managing complex projects in a consulting (preferable) environment
- Recognized as a thought leader and frequent speaker in the Human Resources Shared Services arena
- Demonstrated track record in business development and client management
- Demonstrated experience as health system administrator/operator or consultant
- Strong organizational skills, including ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate
