Healthcare Implementation Director

Job Summary

Leading the execution of complex healthcare implementations, the full-time Implementation Director will independently manage strategic client projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery while collaborating with various internal teams and client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for the overall success of Cedar implementation for large, strategic clients
• Lead the development and execution of implementation project plans to ensure quality delivery on time and within budget
• Act as a strategic thought partner between Delivery, go-to-market, and product teams to design and deploy creative product solutions

Required qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing senior project management, consulting, or operations role within healthcare technology implementations
• Expertise in working with large hospital systems and/or payers, with knowledge in Patient Access, Revenue Cycle Management, or EHR implementations
• Exceptional communication skills for articulating status and risks to executive stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with client executive leaders
• Creative problem-solver with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to risk mitigation
