Job Summary
The full-time remote Healthcare Implementation Director will manage the delivery of services and technology to clients by overseeing implementation activities from pre-sales support through production verification, ensuring project milestones are met and fostering strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage implementation efforts, ensuring alignment with project plans and client expectations
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with client departments, serving as the primary point of contact
- Lead process improvement initiatives and support the transition to Client Services and Network Operations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- PMP Certification preferred
- 5+ years of experience in program and complex project management within healthcare
- Knowledge of health claims systems such as Facets, Amisys, or QNXT
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
