Healthcare Implementation Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Lead who is experienced in revenue cycle management and takes ownership throughout the implementation process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects from deal signing to go-live, collaborating with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
• Ensure data validation and adherence to implementation best practices for seamless integration of solutions
• Expand technical skills by managing components such as SSO, sFTP, and allowlisting

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a healthcare-related field
• In-depth knowledge of revenue cycle processes, including billing, CDI, coding, and claims management
• Experience in healthcare consulting or overseeing software deployments in a healthcare context
• Proven experience as an Implementation Lead or in a similar role focused on healthcare and revenue cycle
• Data analysis experience, preferably using SQL or Python
