Healthcare Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HNS Implementation Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead execution and implementation activities for strategic HNS projects, ensuring alignment with objectives and milestones
• Direct change management initiatives and project management on behalf of HNS Department Leadership
• Collaborate cross-divisionally to achieve results and communicate implementation plans across HNS

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in business, finance, healthcare administration preferred
• Minimum of 7 years' professional experience, with at least 3 years in the healthcare industry or operations
• Experience with complex, enterprise-level implementations and project management for a minimum of 3 years
• 2 years' experience in healthcare data analysis and technical document writing required
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification highly preferred
