Key Responsibilities

• Engage in consultative sales conversations with warm leads to identify their needs related to chronic conditions and guide them toward CBT solutions
• Manage objections and build trust through meaningful conversations, nurturing leads toward membership
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to enrollment

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in consultative or outbound sales in a call-center environment
• Ability to effectively address objections and steer conversations toward positive outcomes
• Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
• Passion for improving lives within the healthcare space
• Bonus: Fluency in Spanish to support a diverse customer base
