Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insights Analyst (Healthcare).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding junior analysts and developing training materials
• Gather, validate, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and insights
• Generate actionable insights and recommendations to optimize business processes and performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in data analysis or business intelligence
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI
• Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques is preferred
• Certifications in data analysis or business intelligence are a plus
