Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the part-time temporary Healthcare Instructional Designer will develop and deliver training solutions, manage Learning Management Systems (LMS), and maintain training content in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to create effective training solutions
• Configure and troubleshoot Learning Management Systems and training platforms
• Generate training data and reports to monitor learner proficiency and training outcomes

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree
• 5+ years of experience in education or a healthcare-related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and content development tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively
