Job Summary

As a Licensed Healthcare Insurance Representative working remotely, the full-time position will manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries, providing excellent service while addressing sensitive healthcare needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and respond to all customer inquiries with a focus on resolution during the first call
• Communicate effectively with customers, utilizing active listening and empathy
• Assist customers with contract terms and pricing plans while managing sensitive information

Required qualifications

• Possess a home state Life & Health Insurance License
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute and familiarity with Windows-based systems
