Healthcare Integration Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting and enhancing Clinical Care Advance (CCA) and TriZetto Clinical Suite (TCS) platforms, the remote contract CCA / TCS Integration Consultant will manage upgrades, production support, and system integrations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive platform stability, upgrades, and enhancements for CCA and TCS
• Lead production support, incident management, and troubleshooting efforts
• Contribute to AI-driven initiatives and automation in healthcare workflows

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare IT
• Strong expertise in CCA and TCS platforms
• Hands-on experience with upgrades, hotfixes, and production support
• Solid knowledge of SQL Server, .NET/C#, APIs, and batch processing
• Understanding of healthcare workflows including UM, CM, Claims, and Clinical
