Healthcare Integration Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Healthcare Integration Engineer, the candidate will design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise healthcare integrations using HL7, FHIR, XML, and JSON while collaborating with product teams and stakeholders in an Agile DevSecOps environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and optimize enterprise healthcare integrations using HL7 v2/v3, FHIR, XML, and JSON
- Collaborate with teams to define interface requirements, data mappings, and implementation strategies
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues and ensure HIPAA compliance in all integration solutions
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of healthcare integration experience with HL7 interfaces and FHIR APIs
- Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards and data mapping
- Experience in Agile and DevSecOps environments
- Ability to obtain a government clearance
