Healthcare Integration Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a large-scale Epic Connect implementation, the remote contract Integration Project Manager will coordinate technical and operational stakeholders, drive integration readiness, and ensure the successful execution of critical healthcare technology initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple integration workstreams within the Epic Connect implementation
• Serve as the primary liaison between operational leaders, technical teams, and third-party vendors
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including status reports and project plans

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience leading large-scale technical implementations
• Experience managing healthcare technology or healthcare IT integration projects
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams
• Demonstrated ability to identify risks and drive issue resolution
