Key Responsibilities

• Act as the technical partner to Sales during discovery and demo cycles, shaping scalable integration plans
• Lead technical onboarding and implementation projects from kickoff through go-live
• Design, document, and manage customer API integrations, coordinating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years in a technical customer-facing role in the healthcare or healthtech domain
• Experience integrating SaaS platforms using REST APIs, webhooks, or ETL pipelines
• Proficient in tools like Postman, API gateways, and data mapping tools
• Familiarity with authentication protocols and API versioning best practices
• Project management experience, capable of handling timelines and stakeholder communications
