Job Summary
Diagnosing and resolving complex interoperability issues, the full-time Healthcare Interoperability Support Engineer will analyze FHIR APIs, HL7 messaging, and network integrations while collaborating with engineering and product teams to drive resolutions in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose interoperability issues across various frameworks and systems, including FHIR APIs and HL7 messaging
- Conduct root cause analysis by analyzing logs and system behavior to determine the underlying issues
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to validate and resolve identified issues, creating actionable tickets for follow-up
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or 3+ years of equivalent experience
- Experience troubleshooting interoperability solutions, including FHIR APIs and RESTful APIs using oAuth
- Proficiency in analyzing logs and diagnosing issues in distributed systems
- Familiarity with interoperability platforms and tools, such as interface engines and monitoring tools
- Experience executing SQL queries to support troubleshooting efforts
