Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Investment Banking - Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams in providing financing and advisory services, including mentoring Associates and Analysts
• Manage financial modeling and valuation analyses while analyzing financial statements in the Retail & Apparel sector
• Develop client relationships and coordinate resources to deliver solutions and advice

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of investment banking experience
• Relevant client interaction and transaction experience in the Consumer & Retail industry
• Demonstrated ability to manage deal teams
• Undergraduate Degree in Business or Liberal Arts; MBA preferred
• Series 7 license required
