Healthcare IT Account Manager

Job Summary

Managing strategic client relationships for cross-functional healthcare IT projects, the full-time remote Healthcare IT Account Manager will deliver compliant, integrated digital solutions while coordinating deployments and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients at the CTO/CIO level to understand business priorities and define project success
• Grow and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and expectation management
• Manage project scopes, budgets, and timelines, adjusting as necessary to meet client needs

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare at a team lead, project, or account manager level, preferably in consulting
• Demonstrated success in managing large teams and strategic client relationships
• Experience with clinical data integration, healthcare interoperability, and health system workflows
• Ability to communicate effectively with all organizational levels, including C Suite
• Proven track record in project management, including budget oversight and resource planning
