Job Summary
To support healthcare IT initiatives, the remote Intermediate 1 / Consultant 1 - Healthcare IT / Oracle Cerner will optimize clinical and laboratory workflows, manage EHR and LIS implementations, and facilitate communication between various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize laboratory clinical and business workflows across various environments
- Support Oracle Cerner Millennium and PathNet design, validation activities, and go live readiness assessments
- Gather requirements and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to identify workflow improvements
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare IT, focusing on clinical or laboratory operations
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cerner Millennium and Cerner PathNet
- Experience in EHR or LIS implementations, migrations, and application sustainment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Informatics, Computer Science, Healthcare, or related fields
- Strong understanding of HL7 concepts and healthcare integrations
