Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Healthcare IT Consultant will support Oracle Cerner Millennium and PathNet implementations by analyzing laboratory workflows, gathering requirements, and facilitating communication between stakeholders to optimize clinical operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize laboratory clinical and business workflows across various environments
- Support design and validation activities for Oracle Cerner Millennium and PathNet
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and improve workflows
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare IT, particularly with laboratory operations
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cerner Millennium and Cerner PathNet
- Experience in EHR or LIS implementations and migrations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Informatics, Computer Science, or related fields
- Strong understanding of HL7 concepts and healthcare interfaces
