Job Summary
Leading the Post-Go-Live team, the full-time temporary Healthcare IT Consultant will manage day-to-day operations, resolve issues, and communicate status updates to stakeholders while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Post-Go-Live team to ensure successful adoption and optimization of workflows and systems
- Monitor and coordinate the resolution of operational and system-related issues, providing end-user support
- Develop and deliver regular status updates to project teams and stakeholders, communicating progress and key accomplishments
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Five years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare
- Proficiency in Epic (HealthConnect) and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Ability to deliver and support training programs for end users
- Effective communication skills tailored to various stakeholder levels
