Job Summary

A company is looking for a Functional Lead to support CMS-related projects and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a functional team in implementing CMS requirements and oversee major system enhancements
• Maintain knowledge of the CMS IT infrastructure framework and ensure compliance with IT standards
• Interpret CMS and user requirements, assess impacts on current systems, and engage with CMS staff to address issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Management, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
• Proven experience leading functional teams in a healthcare IT environment
• Strong knowledge of CMS systems and IT infrastructure
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex requirements for actionable system changes
• Ability to secure a US Federal Clearance
