• Transition VA Direct HISP to Oracle Health and provide implementation expertise
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for users
• Identify operational inefficiencies and document best practices and lessons learned

Required Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years of experience in a relevant role
• Deep understanding of the Direct Messaging Protocol
• Experience in developing training guides and user documentation
• Educational background in Clinical Informatics, Health Systems, or related fields
• Must be located in one of the specified hiring states
