Healthcare IT Program Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Healthcare IT Program Manager will oversee mergers and acquisitions projects, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational objectives while managing program budgets and leading go-live activities during CST business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborates with executive leaders and technical stakeholders to align technology with organizational goals
• Coordinates with operational stakeholders on technical roadmap creation and facilitates delivery with internal teams
• Owns program-level Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and oversees scope, schedule, and financial tracking

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years managing key strategic projects
• Experience in mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture project management
• Background in the healthcare technology space
• PMP or equivalent Project Management Certification or Six Sigma
• Experience managing program budgets exceeding $1 million
