Healthcare IT Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Care IT Help Desk Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, aligning timelines and outcomes with organizational goals
• Manage resources and workload to ensure timely and accurate delivery of project milestones
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to resolve challenges and ensure successful project outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or management within healthcare operations or IT
• Experience leading or supporting cross-functional projects, preferably in healthcare
• Familiarity with Epic or other EHR systems, and project management tools is a plus
• PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification preferred
• Epic certification or healthcare-related credentials (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) are a plus but not required
