Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination or management in healthcare operations
• Proven success in communication and relationship management across all organizational levels
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred or must obtain within the first 6 months
• Epic certification or healthcare-related credentials (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) are a plus
• Completion of a competency assessment is required before team interviews
