Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and leadership in the usage and support of development platforms and business applications
• Oversee onboarding for eligible rural providers and manage technical vendor support
• Conduct analysis, visual design, development, testing, and implementation of software solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in health IT, health services, and health policy
• 5 years of project leadership and stakeholder engagement experience
• 5 years of procurement, vendor oversight, and contract negotiation experience
• 5 years of experience developing KPIs and continuous quality improvement processes
• 2 years of experience with federal funding compliance and CMS program requirements
