Healthcare IT Project Manager

Job Summary

Driving the successful execution of healthcare IT projects, the full-time remote Healthcare IT Project Manager will manage project plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives such as Epic implementations and vendor integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, aligning timelines and outcomes with organizational goals
• Manage resources and workload effectively, balancing competing priorities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
• Facilitate clear communication and alignment among stakeholders, providing updates and guiding through project risks and decisions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management within healthcare operations
• At least 2,000 hours of project management experience, overseeing 15-20 projects concurrently
• PMP certification required; Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) preferred
• Experience with EHR workflows, billing, and process improvements is highly desired
