Healthcare IT Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading and executing projects within a healthcare environment, the remote contract Healthcare IT Project Manager will focus on Revenue Cycle operations, managing the full project lifecycle including planning, scheduling, financial tracking, and risk management while collaborating with internal teams and third-party vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project activities from initiation through completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
• Track and monitor project progress and performance, communicating status, risks, and issues to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as a Healthcare IT Project Manager
• Hands-on project management experience required
• Experience with Revenue Cycle processes required
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a technical field such as Computer Science or Engineering
