Healthcare IT Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex enterprise initiatives, the full-time Healthcare IT Project Manager will manage cross-functional stakeholders, drive governance, and successfully deliver large interoperability projects involving Epic applications and data exchange technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinates and executes enterprise-wide IT projects, managing the full Project Management Life Cycle while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
• Establishes project structure and cohesion among multidisciplinary teams, applying industry-standard project management methodologies to meet project expectations
• Develops project documentation, facilitates stakeholder engagement, and conducts project assessments to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
• Six to eight years of experience utilizing formal project management methodologies in a matrixed environment
• Demonstrated expertise in managing multiple concurrent, large-scale projects successfully
• Proficiency with project management software and tools, including Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite
• Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or ITIL certification preferred
