Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Recruiter focused on early-career consulting roles and healthcare IT hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for early-career consultants and healthcare IT professionals with Epic EMR experience
• Proactively source and engage candidates, managing high-volume candidate pipelines
• Partner with hiring managers to align on profiles, priorities, and hiring strategies while ensuring a strong candidate experience

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in management consulting or healthcare IT
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing passive candidates
• Familiarity with Epic modules, certifications, or healthcare systems is preferred
• Experience in high-demand, fast-paced recruiting environments
• Ability to operate with urgency and autonomy while collaborating effectively with stakeholders
