Job Summary
Healthcare IT Recruiter is a full-time position responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and hiring technical talent to support healthcare operations, requiring knowledge of the IT talent market and healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements and competencies for various healthcare IT positions
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand Healthcare IT roles using multi-channel sourcing strategies
- Screen candidates for technical proficiency and manage the interview lifecycle to ensure a positive candidate experience
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in healthcare
- Prior experience in an agency or consulting firm environment managing multiple clients and requisition loads
- Experience supporting large health systems, hospitals, payers, or digital health startups
- Knowledge of healthcare technologies such as Epic, Cerner, and cybersecurity frameworks
- Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and sourcing tools
