Job Summary

Healthcare IT Recruiter is a full-time position responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and hiring technical talent to support healthcare operations, requiring knowledge of the IT talent market and healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements and competencies for various healthcare IT positions
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand Healthcare IT roles using multi-channel sourcing strategies
  • Screen candidates for technical proficiency and manage the interview lifecycle to ensure a positive candidate experience
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in healthcare
  • Prior experience in an agency or consulting firm environment managing multiple clients and requisition loads
  • Experience supporting large health systems, hospitals, payers, or digital health startups
  • Knowledge of healthcare technologies such as Epic, Cerner, and cybersecurity frameworks
  • Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and sourcing tools
