Job Summary

As a full-time remote Healthcare IT Recruiter, the successful candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on sourcing and attracting top talent in analytics, healthcare IT, and life sciences, while collaborating closely with leadership and hiring managers to align hiring strategies with business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across technical and consulting roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
  • Drive a best-in-class candidate experience by ensuring clear communication and a seamless interview process
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on technical roles in healthcare or consulting environments
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for healthcare IT roles, including Epic-certified professionals and analytics talent
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare technology landscape and clinical applications
  • Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced talent sourcing techniques
  • Experience leveraging recruiting metrics and analytics to inform decision-making
