Job Summary
To support a growing consulting firm, the full-time remote IT & Healthcare Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, focusing on attracting and hiring top talent across healthcare and IT disciplines while building and maintaining talent pipelines.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition through offer acceptance and onboarding
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for recurring and future hiring needs
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and recruit passive candidates
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience in healthcare, healthcare IT, technology, or consulting
- Proven success sourcing and engaging passive candidates for difficult-to-fill positions
- Established professional network and ability to maintain talent pipelines through networking and referrals
- Hands-on experience using a modern Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Working knowledge of Human Resources principles and recruiting best practices
