Healthcare IT Revenue Cycle Manager

Job Summary

To support the IT leadership team, the full-time remote Healthcare IT Revenue Cycle Applications Manager will implement, optimize, and support key revenue cycle technologies, ensuring they deliver the necessary value and performance across various operational areas including Patient Access, Billing, and Claims.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with managed service providers to ensure compliance with SLAs and service quality expectations
• Oversee daily service delivery, validating performance and resolving escalations promptly
• Lead planning, implementation, and maintenance of domain applications while promoting continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related healthcare revenue cycle field
• Minimum of five years of experience in Revenue Cycle Applications within Healthcare
• Experience in service delivery, vendor management, or operations within a Healthcare IT environment
• Professional experience in managing operations focused on Revenue Cycle software implementation and support
• Preferred certifications include Epic Application certification and Project Management Professional certification
