Job Summary
Representing a suite of Healthcare IT solutions, the remote full-time Enterprise Sales Director will manage client relationships, drive sales initiatives, and identify expansion opportunities within the existing customer base to generate new revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and account information in Salesforce and other tools
- Develop and sustain consultative relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations
- Exceed annual booking targets through strategic prospecting, deal qualification, and contract negotiations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 4-5 years of related experience in healthcare IT sales
- Direct experience in selling enterprise software solutions in the healthcare sector
- Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Active contacts with healthcare executives within the territory
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare procurement processes
