Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech/System Core Support Analyst to provide technical support and system administration for core healthcare IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for healthcare IT systems and applications
• Troubleshoot system issues, monitor performance, and assist with maintenance tasks
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to implement solutions and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience supporting enterprise IT systems, preferably in healthcare
• Knowledge of core healthcare IT applications and infrastructure components
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and ticket management processes
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
• Basic knowledge of database management or server administration is preferred
