Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Support Specialist to provide support for clinicians and assist with clinical application needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to clinician support needs regarding scheduling and EMR application issues
  • Provide advanced application support for athenaOne EHR and collaborate with IT partners on releases
  • Maintain support documentation and monitor events to establish communication protocols with clinical stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a Healthcare IT support setting
  • Proven experience using EHR/practice management tools such as AthenaOne
  • 3-5 years of call center experience related to clinician support
  • Experience with Jira, ServiceNow or other service desk ticketing applications
  • HIPAA certified
