Job Summary
Experienced in Epic and healthcare technology recruiting, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, manage a high volume of requisitions, and collaborate with hiring leaders to develop effective recruiting strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for Epic, healthcare IT, and technical roles from intake through offer
- Manage approximately 30+ concurrent requisitions while ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
- Proactively source and engage top talent using various recruiting methods and metrics to drive hiring success
Required qualifications
- Approximately 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in Epic or healthcare IT
- Experience managing a high-volume requisition load of 30+ openings simultaneously
- Demonstrated success in recruiting specialized technical talent in competitive markets
- Strong consultative skills with experience influencing hiring decisions
- Expertise in sourcing through ATS platforms and advanced Boolean search techniques
