Job Summary

Managing the full claim life cycle for moderately complex Healthcare Professional Liability claims, the full-time Senior Claims Specialist will analyze coverage, conduct investigations, and negotiate settlements while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze coverage and settle moderately complex Healthcare Professional Liability claims
• Conduct thorough investigations to determine claims exposure and recommend settlement strategies
• Negotiate settlements with clients, attorneys, and Public Adjusters while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of related claims experience
• Experience in specialty claims or ability to handle unique claims issues
• Appropriately licensed or able to obtain necessary licenses in relevant states
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Proficiency with claims and business software
