Job Summary
To enhance team performance, the part-time Healthcare Licensed Customer Experience Coach will provide coaching and support to agents, assist with consumer escalations, and collaborate with management to drive sales and compliance in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coach Agents/Representatives to improve knowledge, sales skills, and compliance
- Assist with consumer escalations and maintain operational standards by monitoring agent performance
- Support training initiatives and collaborate with management to execute daily plans for improved performance
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Active healthcare license
- At least 1 year of call center experience
- Availability to work any 8 hours between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
