Healthcare Licensing Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensing Management Analyst (Healthcare).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an inventory of software and hardware licenses, overseeing ordering and asset tracking
• Review and reconcile vendor invoices and ensure accurate client billing
• Analyze licensing costs for optimization and negotiate with vendors to prevent overpayments

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in asset management, software licensing, procurement, or billing operations
• Prior healthcare or healthcare IT experience is required
• Familiarity with PM/EHR systems such as NextGen or Medisoft is preferred
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and coordinate with internal teams
