Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensing Specialist to manage state medical licensure for healthcare practitioners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage state licensure, DEA, CDS, and collaborative practice agreements for healthcare practitioners
• Prepare instructions and correspondence to assist practitioners with application processes
• Track licensure progress and maintain accurate data in credentialing systems

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of three (3) years of licensing experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Smartsheet
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple time-sensitive tasks
• Demonstrated capability to engage effectively with various stakeholders
