Job Summary
Managing state medical licensure for practitioners, the full-time remote Healthcare Licensing Specialist will ensure timely and compliant licensure processes, maintain accurate records, and resolve discrepancies to support organizational and clinical goals.
Key responsibilities
- Manage state licensure, DEA, CDS, and collaborative practice agreements for various healthcare practitioners
- Prepare instructions and correspondence to assist practitioners with application processes and documentation
- Track licensure progress, communicate status updates, and ensure audit-ready documentation across credentialing systems
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of three years of licensing experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Smartsheet
- Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive deliverables independently and collaboratively
- Demonstrated capability to engage professionally with various stakeholders, including senior management and licensing boards
