Healthcare Licensing Specialist

Job Summary

To support organizational and clinical goals, the full-time remote Healthcare Licensing Specialist will manage state medical licensure for practitioners, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with licensure requirements across multiple states.

Key responsibilities

• Manage state licensure, DEA, CDS, and collaborative practice agreements for various healthcare practitioners
• Prepare instructions and correspondence to assist practitioners with application processes and documentation
• Track licensure progress and communicate status updates to relevant stakeholders to ensure timely compliance

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of three (3) years of licensing experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Smartsheet
• Demonstrated ability to engage professionally with senior management and licensing boards
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines
