Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel specializing in Healthcare M&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for healthcare M&A transactions, including legal strategy, risk management, and due diligence
• Advise on the negotiation and drafting of transaction agreements, including confidentiality agreements and definitive agreements
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support strategy development and ensure compliance with laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• J.D. Degree from an accredited Law School
• At least 3 years of active legal practice experience, with 4+ years preferred
• Corporate transaction and contracting experience required
• Healthcare transactional experience preferred
• Ability to maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
