Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial, operational, and market analyses to evaluate potential acquisition targets
• Build and maintain detailed financial models and assist in due diligence processes
• Partner with various teams to prepare presentations and contribute to relationship-building efforts

Required Qualifications

• MBA required (recent graduate or up to 2 years post-graduation)
• 2+ years of experience in business development, investment banking, or healthcare M&A
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling
• Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant data/BI tools
