Healthcare M&A Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare M&A Attorney to provide support during a leave of absence.

Key Responsibilities

• Serving as transactional counsel from structuring through closing and integration
• Drafting and negotiating documents such as purchase agreements, JV/affiliation agreements, term sheets, and NDAs
• Leading legal due diligence and assessing regulatory risks

Required Qualifications

• Experience with entity formation and corporate finance in healthcare
• Familiarity with nonprofit and for-profit healthcare transactions
• Knowledge of compliance issues, including Stark, Anti-Kickback, and HIPAA
• Ability to collaborate with internal legal and operational leaders
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and high-impact transactions
