Job Summary

Providing legal support for mergers and acquisitions in a fast-paced remote environment, the full-time Sr. Corporate Counsel - Healthcare M&A will manage legal strategy, risk management, and due diligence while drafting and negotiating transaction agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal support for healthcare M&A transactions, including coordination of legal strategy and due diligence
• Advise on negotiation and drafting of transaction agreements, such as confidentiality agreements and letters of intent
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support strategy development and ensure compliance with laws and regulations

Required qualifications

• J.D. Degree from an accredited Law School
• At least 3 years of active legal practice with a law firm or in-house; 4+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Corporate transaction and contracting experience required
• Healthcare transactional experience preferred
• Ability to maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
