Job Summary

Healthcare Manager, Arizona Licensed is a full-time salaried position responsible for leading insurance verification and referral operations to ensure timely patient access and revenue integrity while collaborating with various teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for insurance verification, eligibility, referral management, and financial clearance
• Develop standardized workflows and communication protocols to resolve eligibility and referral issues
• Monitor operational KPIs and support staff development and training initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent healthcare operations experience
• Minimum of 5 years in healthcare revenue cycle or insurance verification roles
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations
• Experience with athenaOne and managing insurance verification workflows
• Preferred experience in nephrology or specialty physician practice environments
